If you would like to support the Parish of St Lawrence with St Paul, Longridge, donations can be made:

Giving While Living

There are a number of ways you can support the important work of the Parish during your lifetime.

  • Collections at Services – a collection is taken at all services. If you are able to, please use the Gift Aid envelopes provided.
  • Regular giving – you can give regularly by setting up a standing order with your bank. Please download a form below.

Which ever way you decide to give, if you pay UK tax (Income or Capital Gains Tax) and would like us to be able to claim back the basic rate of tax, you will need to fill in, sign and return an ongoing gift aid declaration. (If you pay higher rate tax, you may recover this through your own tax return). This means we are able to claim an additional 25p for every  £1 donated, at no extra cost to you.

Leaving a Legacy

As we think about 2018, and our 150th anniversary as a Parish, we are “Celebrating the past and looking to the future”. When we think of the past, it is important to remember that generations of parishioners have been kind enough to leave a legacy to the church. Some for specific purposes, such as the building of the Parish Room at St Lawrence's, and some of a more general nature.  Some have been lump sums to be spent, and some have been left to be invested, so we can use the income going forward. Should you feel able to make the church a beneficiary of your will, you will know that you will join a distinguished group of benefactors, and help to continue to support a thriving Parish well into the future.

Time and Talents

‘Giving’ isn't just about ‘money’, equally important is our giving of ‘time’ and ‘talents’ to God. If you feel able to support us in this way, please speak to Rev Mike or see the following information links:
